How Did We Get This Number?
Our goal is to provide superior customer service. To help us understand how we are doing, we ask the same question of every one of our customers as used to calculate the nationally known Net Promoter Score.
The question is: "On a scale of 1-10, how likely is it that you would recommend Simplicity Law to a friend or colleague."
We take the percentage of people who answer 8 or higher and subtract the people answering 5 or below. This gives us our percentage of people who enthusiastically recommend us. We use the score to improve our customer service and to rate all of our employees. But, we also go beyond the score to ask our customers the reasons for the ratings. We use these comments to address our customer concerns and to improve our services in the future.
